Marketing Campaign Manager


The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for demand and lead generation for the company through a number of marketing channels, including outbound and inbound marketing tactics such as tradeshows, events, webinars, email marketing and social media. You will work closely with sales managers and representatives to build a successful, sustainable pipeline of leads and customers.


  • Design, implement and manage marketing programs to drive new demand, nurture top accounts and prospects
  • Implement lead nurturing initiatives, including email and content marketing, to target market segments, optimizing marketing touchpoints along the sales funnel
  • Manage the company’s event calendar including tradeshows, conferences and local events to drive awareness, deepen relations with prospects and drive leads
  • Maintain, monitor and report on demand generation metrics

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years in demand generation, managing campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the latest techniques, trends and best practices
  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including writing skills
  • Proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals with tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation to work with sales and product teams
  • Experience with social networking platforms
  • Experience generating website traffic through blogs, search marketing, PPC and paid social promotion programs is a plus
  • Expertise within IT (technology marketing) is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe desktop publishing programs and design applications is a plus
