Quality Assurance Manager


A full time position for QA Manager to refine manual and automated test strategies for FADEL IPM Suite product certification. The applicant should have a proven track record in building, managing, and leading functional and technical team members to assume full ownership of product testing and validation processes.


  • Determining, negotiating and agreeing on quality assurance processes, standards and/or specifications
  • Developing, reviewing, and publishing standards, policies and procedures for all functions involved with or related to the quality and testing of Software Products
  • Charged with implementing new test technologies, reports Industry and technical trends to both peers and senior management
  • Periodically inspects completed quality control checklists, forms and other documents for conformance to prescribed standards
  • Executing test scenarios and following test scripts to certify the product and features releases
  • Developing a quick and full understanding of the IPM Suite components and business processes

Desired Skills and Experience


  • Experience: 8 to 10 years in Quality Assurance with 4 years minimum in managerial position
  • Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalent, preferably in computer science or a related field. A Master’s degree in a Business related major is a plus
  • Experience in Web based application testing/certification
  • Solid experience in working with automated testing tools
  • Knowledge in Load/Performance testing processes and tools
  • Persistent and detail minded with dedication to perfection and quality
  • Interpersonal, and managerial skills for leading a team of QA engineers
  • Hands on experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle and Defect Management Life Cycle
  • Hands on Management expertise
  • Knowledgeable in technology and the software development process.
  • Experience with ERP and other enterprise systems preferred
  • Experience in media & entertainment, publishing or rights & royalties a plus
  • Experience working within or with an off-shore team
  • Written and spoken fluency in English (Proficiency in other languages is a plus)
