Inside Sales/Business Development Representative

The Inside Sales/Business Development Representative helps grow the FADEL sales pipeline by progressing leads and identifying qualified opportunities with key accounts.


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and LinkedIn messaging and out-reach
  • Understand customer needs and requirements as well as be able to understand company products and articulate business value
  • Build out FADEL’s Account Based Selling (ABS) strategy through LinkedIn, news sources, trades, and conferences, etc.
  • Proactively develop and suggest creative strategies for expanding ABS outreach
  • Use social media channels to research, find and connect with prospects and effectively market product offerings on the social space
  • Nurture, qualify and convert leads across the sales lifecycle from lead to sales-qualified lead to opportunity
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Achieve quarterly quotas and metrics
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects
  • Team with strategic channel partners to help build pipeline
  • Willingness to travel to events and conferences as needed

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Has experience with the Creative / Marketing / Advertising business process. Knowledge with Publishing and / or Merchandise licensing business process is a strong plus
  • Highly motivated, tenacious, driver-driver, type-A personality
  • 2+ years of relevant experience is a strong plus
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Desire to sell Enterprise SaaS technology solutions
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity, web presentation tools and social media tools, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Salary Range

  • $50K – $65K base plus variable compensation based on achieving lead generation metrics.
