Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for working with key members of the business to evaluate requirements for customers and craft application configurations to match customer requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with FADEL internal team and customer stakeholders
  • Work with customers to gather and document business requirements
  • Document as-is and to-be state processes
  • Coordinate critical activities within the Consulting team, FADEL internal teams and customer project teams
  • Serve as the conduit between the customer and the product management team for all application improvements
  • Ability to perform Quality assurance on tickets developed by the shared services team to identify any bugs during the development process
  • Perform Smoke testing upon receiving new releases from the Product management team to assist
  • Develop a deep knowledge on the FADEL products

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2-5 Years of overall professional work experience as a Business Analyst
  • Degree in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledgeable in Agile and waterfall project methodologies
  • General knowledge on Intellectual Property and Rights Management, Royalty accounting and Licensing and publishing industries
  • Active Listening and questioning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work hard and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interface with both technical and functional teams
  • Able to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Analytical skills and ability to identify gaps in the systems
