Business Analyst
The Business Analyst is responsible for working with key members of the business to evaluate requirements for customers and craft application configurations to match customer requirements
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with FADEL internal team and customer stakeholders
- Work with customers to gather and document business requirements
- Document as-is and to-be state processes
- Coordinate critical activities within the Consulting team, FADEL internal teams and customer project teams
- Serve as the conduit between the customer and the product management team for all application improvements
- Ability to perform Quality assurance on tickets developed by the shared services team to identify any bugs during the development process
- Perform Smoke testing upon receiving new releases from the Product management team to assist
- Develop a deep knowledge on the FADEL products

Desired Skills and Experience
- 2-5 Years of overall professional work experience as a Business Analyst
- Degree in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledgeable in Agile and waterfall project methodologies
- General knowledge on Intellectual Property and Rights Management, Royalty accounting and Licensing and publishing industries
- Active Listening and questioning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work hard and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
- Ability to work as part of a team and interface with both technical and functional teams
- Able to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Analytical skills and ability to identify gaps in the systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
- Ability to successfully interact with technical and quality assurance teams

- Soft skills such as proactive, self-reliant, working with diverse and remote teams
- French language is a plus
