Product Support Engineer

The Product Support Engineer will work as a part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing company environment. The Product Support Engineer will provide Technical and functional software support, answer complex questions on function and usage of product and ensure client satisfaction. While the role is truly one of an individual contributor, a high degree of interaction and team work are required to be effective.

 

Responsibilities

  • Understand both FADEL’s and the clients’ business, products and processes
  • Ability to debug issues through the logs, coding and packages
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Apply supervisor’s feedback and suggestions appropriately and accurately
  • Communicate and applying project standards
  • Effectively and cooperatively provide superior customer support and problem resolution
  • Provide functional and technical support on FADEL IPM Suite software Solutions
  • Log, research, and accurately resolve complex customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner, meeting and exceeding SLAs
  • Coordinate between various department in the company such as development, DevOps, and Quality Assurance

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
  • In depth knowledge of JAVA and SQL
  • Critical thinking ability
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Patience and Positive attitude
  • A willingness to go the extra mile
  • Good verbal and communication skills in English and French
