Sales Representative

Sales representatives are responsible for selling the company’s SaaS products and professional services to B2B clients by prospecting for leads, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, educating prospects through calls, training, and presentations, and progressing opportunities through the sales cycle. Sales reps span almost every industry.

Responsibilities

  • Depending on assigned territory, represent FADEL to grow market share in the UK or France and eventually into Western Europe
  • Understand FADEL’s business, product offerings, and focus industries
  • Research and understand client business drivers and trends
  • Prospect and qualify for new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments within FADEL
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Attain or exceed quarterly/annual sales quota
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Knowledge of MarTech is preferred, with emphasis on content management or digital asset management
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google G-suite
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, including Salesforce.com
  • Good verbal and communication skills in French and English
  • Other languages are a plus
  • Willing to travel to events and prospect locations as required
