Chief Financial Officer

Vicary Gibbs is responsible for managing the finance function for FADEL as well as business planning, strategy and M&A, including raising capital for M&A and organic growth opportunities. Prior to this, Vicary was the CFO at Jersey Oil and Gas plc which he joined in 2018 and helped build into a UK North Sea focused oil and gas development company with a resource base of over 170 million barrels of oil. Vicary was an investment banker with over 20 years experience in advising companies on M&A, capital raising and restructuring transactions.He has worked for a variety of investment banks including Bank of Montreal, Hawkpoint Partners, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and Robert Fleming & Co.

Vicary holds a BA in Business Administration.
