This webinar will take you beyond the general “be aware of what (publishing) rights you have” into the details of why and how tracking content rights is an essential part of any company’s strategy for managing Intellectual Property. Learn why “awareness” matters and what that really means, including programs, systems and strategies for mitigating risk, the importance of clarity around contractual rights, enforcement and licensing, and what is different in our post-pandemic world.
Moderated by David Hetherington, BISG Board Member, CMO knk Business Software, the webinar will feature Ashima Aggarwal, Associate General Counsel and Vice President at John Wiley & Sons; Heather Cameron, Director, Legal Risk Mitigation, Getty Images; and Paul Gore, Senior Vice President and General Manager for Enterprise Systems at FADEL.
