CloudOps Engineer
Responsibilities
- Implement regular system upgrades to enhance service continuity and user experience
- Execute pre-defined practices and processes to enhance efficiency of access for users
- Execute the preparation and installation of FADEL releases.
- Deploy different AWS services used by FADEL to manage and automate CloudProducts.
- Develop and implement automation coding for DevOps-related tasks
- Administer Linux OS system (upgrade, maintenance and backup) and Hardening
- Administer ECS deployment systems
- Support and monitor both FADEL’s products and processes
- Apply supervisor’s feedback and suggestions appropriately and accurately
- Communicate and ensure project standards are met
Location

Desired Skills and Experience
- Computer Science or Computer Engineering Degree (2-3 years of experience in DevOps, or SecOps, or CloudOps)
- Basic knowledge in database installations, configurations, and performance tuning(preferably Oracle or PostgreSQL)
- Basic knowledge of networking and security concepts
- Good knowledge of cloud computing (preferably AWS)
- Basic – Good knowledge of ECS or Dockerization concepts
- Basic – Good knowledge of Automation tools and scripting
- AWS Certifications are a plus
- Fluency in written & spoken English, French is a plus
