Balraj oversees the end to end implementation of our enterprise solutions, products and services to our largest customers. , Additionally, he manages solution architecture across the product base to ensure we provide tailor made solutions to our customer’s requirements and needs. Balraj was a previous client of FADEL where he spent 8 years at Pearson Education as global rights and royalties technology director. He has over 20 years experience across a range of different market sectors including as Media, Publishing, Life Sciences, Telecom, and Logistics / Rail (London Metronet). Bal brings deep expertise in Content Management, Rights & Royalties & IP management.

Richard is responsible for managing all FADEL accounts and service delivery in France. Richard and his team bring strong experience specific to the French market. With nearly two decades of experience in the Publishing and Licensing industries, Richard has led multiple global programs, including customers based in the USA and other parts of Europe. As a former product and solutions architect, Richard brings deep knowledge of the FADEL platforms including how to efficiently migrate from legacy systems, integrate with ERP(s) and to have a scalable platform. His areas of focus include end-to-end project delivery, business and technical process analysis and client relationship management. With a strong background in both visionary leadership and operational execution, Richard is committed to ensuring successful delivery and long-term value for FADEL’s clients.

Hiba leads FADEL’s Consulting team, which comprises a talented group of business analysts and consultants focused on delivering high-quality project implementations and client services. With over 20 years of experience, Hiba specializes in managing complex projects, including integrations, migrations, and business systems consolidation, often resulting from mergers and acquisitions. Her experience spans diverse industries such as publishing, government, and oil & gas across the MENA, USA, and Australia. A strong advocate for process optimization and efficiency, Hiba is passionate about driving continuous improvement and is committed to develop future leaders within FADEL. Hiba is PMP certified and her expertise in program management, change management, service management, and strategic leadership continues to bring value to FADEL’s clients.

Mohamad leads FADEL’s Shared Services team, which is a talented group of techno-functional experts focused on developing custom solutions, building insightful reports, and efficiently resolving data discrepancies to optimize our clients’ operations. This team serves as trusted technical consultants and solution architects, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support for complex Migration and Integration projects, always with a keen eye on achieving business outcomes. Mohamad brings over 25 years of experience in bridging the gap between technology and business needs to deliver impactful solutions. His career began with developing a suite of applications as solutions for the retail industry and implementing solutions across Europe and the MENA region. He has also manage many end-to-end implementation including JDE/ERP across Africa and the MENA region. Mohamad is passionate about fostering a collaborative environment that empowers our team to deliver exceptional value and build strong, lasting partnerships with our clients, enabling them to navigate technical complexities and achieve their strategic goals with a clear understanding of the business benefits.

Anthony is responsible for ensuring customers achieve full value from all FADEL products, ensuring solutions align with their specific needs. He is also responsible for managing implementations and other services for FADEL’s Brand Vision platform. Prior to taking on Customer Success for FADEL, Anthony previously worked as part of FADEL’s services team, contributing in a lead role at multiple global clients. His prior experience includes customers across a variety of industries, including restaurants, catering, and banking. His diverse, entreprenaurial background provides a strong foundation for understanding client requirements and driving successful outcomes, helping customers maximize the benefits of their FADEL solutions.

Bechara specializes in delivering very large scale programs on time and within budget, followed by establishing steady state support teams that continue to optimize operations and efficiency. With over twelve years of experience, Bechara has successfully managed numerous projects for major global clients, ensuring seamless implementation and client satisfaction. He possesses a strong understanding of project management methodologies and business analysis techniques. Bechara is passionate about helping clients achieve their business objectives through successful project delivery.

Samer manages FADEL’s custom development team, building efficient and scalable solutions as part of the shared services organization. He manages multiple teams supporting custom work at all FADEL platforms and customers. With over 15 years of experience in database development and reporting, he has worked with a variety of tools and technologies and his experience spans across data integration, migration, reporting, and performance optimization. His teams are quick to adapt to new technologoes and bring a strong attention to detail. Samer has managed both our back office teams and has done direct consulting on client programs, giving him hands-on exposure and a a solid understanding of client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

JD imanages multiple accounts in North America for FADEL, ranging in both size and global footprint. He has been a key part of many programs at FADEL over the past decade where he served multiple roles including solution consulting, business analysis, project management, and account management. JD has been involved in licensing, gaming, publishing, and high tech segments. Additionally, he brings over 20 years of customer success and data analysis experience.

Nada manages multiple major programs in the French market and also leads the functional consulting/business analysis activities at those accounts. She brings two decades of varied technical and functional expertise to these critical projects, with a background in software development, technical consultancy, business analysis, and data engineering, combined with her functional experience across retail, banking, licensing, and publishing. Her mission is to bring solid insights and ensure strong alignment between client needs and technical implementation. Nada’s prior experience leading development, data engineering, and technical support teams brings diverse experience and great depth to solve problems and drive successful outcomes on complex programs.

Mazen is dedicated to delivering technology solutions that not only meet the highest standards of innovation but also directly contribute to clients’ long-term business success. With over twenty years of experience in software delivery, he is committed to ensuring that every engagement drives measurable value and client satisfaction. Mazen partners closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, tailor solutions to their specific needs, and guide them through every phase of implementation. His role is instrumental in supporting change management efforts that ensure smooth transitions and achieving sustainable results. Aurore leads a team of functional consultants who are dedicated to ensuring the successful implementation of licensing projects, helping clients extract maximum value from our platforms and services. She also serves some enterprise programs as Project Manager (PM) and/or Lead Business Analyst (BA). Aurore’s experience across different functions and industries has equipped her with a diverse set of skills, and she is deeply committed to driving success for both clients and the FADEL consulting teams. Aurore’s experience spans from banking industry, sales force automation, licensing, and rights. Her hands on approach gives her the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring successful outcomes for a wide range of projects. Aurore has been with FADEL for 5 years, and during that time she had the opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio across various sectors and products.

Imad leads a client services team of consultants dedicated to delivering innovative solution design, expert royalty analysis, professional training, and system issue resolution. With over 13 years of experience, Imad brings deep expertise in driving digital transformation and delivering value-driven solutions across a range of industries. He excels in leading cross-functional teams through the complete software development lifecycle, blending analytical skills with a strong grasp of business needs to create scalable, impactful solutions.Imad has successfully guided clients through complex change management initiatives, shaped product strategies, and contributed to the development of enterprise-level processes that drive operational efficiency. Georgio is responsible for designing and implementing robust technical solutions across diverse projects. With 13 years in the technology sector, his responsibilities include technical leadership and project management. Georgio’s technical expertise spans Java, Oracle, Python, and numerous frameworks, and he possesses a proven track record of guiding projects through all phases of the software development lifecycle. Georgio’s experience includes a comprehensive understanding of software development and project management.

Ralph is responsible for leading technical portions of our platform delivery and configuration. Having started in the product team, he brings a deep understanding of system internals, and advises FADEL’s clients on best practices for migration, integrations, and data scripting/updates,. Ralph has over 10 years of experience and has contributed to development on the FADEL rights clearance engine, establishing a data services function, and he has worked with multiple enterprise and midmarket clients.

Assaad manages multiple implementation and support programs at several publishing industry clients. He leads a team of consultants, focusing on their skill development and client needs and works effectively to implement/enhance product features and custom solutions.With over 17 years of experience, including the banking sector and ERP, Assaad delivers high-value solutions throughout all project milestones and coaches other team members to improve industry knowlege and the latest optimizations.

Elie leads global teams responsible for building, delivering and supporting tailored solutions for our customers. He is an expert in multi-team collaboration, process optimization, and strategic planning. His earlier experience includes leading integration teams and leading web development. Elie is known for driving innovation, improving workflows, and empowering his technical teams.
