Senior Consultant

A senior consultant helps the company execute successful projects and is responsible for effective solutioning and overall functional implementation and support of the FADEL platforms. The senior consultant may also recommend a variety of strategies to improve client’s operations which drive increased productivity, optimized systems, and processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the client team and FADEL consultants to gather and analyze functional requirements
  • Perform Gap/Fit Analysis of client requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Work closely and efficiently with the FADEL technical teams in order to understand the technical architecture and solutions
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of FADEL systems and products
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Collecting and incorporating feedback from clients and team members to continuously improve project delivery.
  • Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained, including project plans, progress reports, and final deliverables.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Ensure clients and internal teams are adequately trained on new systems and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Up to 7 years of experience in project management
  • Project Management: Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., ScrumMaster) are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing project teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate situations and make sound decisions.
  • Expertise in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and handling project challenges effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of royalty and licensee software systems and industry-specific technologies.
  • Ability to provide technical direction and support to project teams, ensuring solutions meet client requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional project teams.
  • Skilled in allocating resources effectively and managing team workloads to optimize productivity.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and best practices for software project delivery.
  • Ability to establish and manage feedback systems for continuous service improvement.
