Paul Gore
Chief Customer Officer
Paul Gore is Chief Customer Officer at FADEL, where he leads the company’s unified customer organization across Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Managed Services. In this role, he is accountable for the full post-sale customer experience — from implementation and adoption through ongoing partnership and expansion — for FADEL’s global portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients in publishing, entertainment, consumer brands, and intellectual property management.
Paul brings over thirty years of executive experience at the intersection of technology, content, and rights management. Before joining FADEL, he served as Chief Information Officer at Chronicle Books and Chief Technology Officer at Hachette Book Group (formerly Time Warner Book Group). He founded his first software company at twenty-three, building it into an early enterprise warehouse management system serving major North American customers before selling it a decade later. His subsequent decades on the customer side of the publishing and content technology landscape give him a perspective rare among software executives: he has lived the implementations he now oversees.
Paul was elected to two terms on the Board of Directors of the Book Industry Study Group (BISG), the leading trade association for the publishing industry’s standards and best practices. He is a frequent contributor to industry conversations on the evolution of rights and royalties technology, the role of AI in content operations, and the future of customer partnership in enterprise software.
At FADEL, Paul is leading the customer organization through a period of significant evolution — building delivery models that get mid-market customers to value faster, advancing the company’s investment in AI and agentic capabilities for rights and royalties management, and strengthening the long-term partnerships that have made FADEL a trusted platform for some of the world’s most recognized publishers, studios, and brands.
