With over 15 years of experience in finance leadership roles, Ian Flaherty (CPA) is a seasoned finance professional specializing in driving value for growth businesses in the digital and streaming sector. He has a proven track record of building high-performing finance teams, implementing robust financial systems and processes, and supporting strategic initiatives such as M&A, fundraising, and scaling operations.

Most recently, Ian served as CFO at LogicManager, a leading provider of risk management software. While leading the FP&A function, he improved business performance measures by developing dashboards for tracking SaaS metrics, oversaw the design and implementation of NetSuite Planning and Budgeting software, and conducted a thorough risk assessment. Ian also supervised a lean but highly effective controllership group, ensuring compliance with technical accounting, month-end close, and annual audit requirements. As a CPA and a former Big 4 auditor, he brings a strong foundation of accounting knowledge and best practices to every finance function. Ian is passionate about leveraging technology and data to enhance financial analytics, optimize cash flow management, and enable informed decision-making.
