New York, NY – June 22, 2023 – FADEL®, innovator of brand compliance, rights management, and royalty billing software, today announces the appointment of Frank Matticola to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer. He will work closely with Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Tarek Fadel, to drive the next stage of growth for the company’s cloud-based Brand Vision, IPM Suite, and PictureDesk platforms. Frank will be based out of FADEL’s NYC headquarters, leading the sales organization for markets worldwide.
Frank draws from 25 years of technology experience, with a focus in sales management over the last 12 years for companies on the pre-revenue to $100 million revenue growth phase. During the first half of his career, he rose up the ranks in large, category-creating companies like Yahoo, DoubleClick, and Google before pivoting to earlier-stage companies, beginning with Chango, which he joined as employee #4. Leveraging his penchant for data-driven, strategic growth, Frank helped Chango grow from pre-revenue to $40+ million, culminating in its acquisition four years later. As VP of Sales at Demandbase, he helped propel company revenues from $25mm to $100mm. In his most recent role as CRO of SalesScreen, a cloud-based sales force efficiency tool, he led the Field Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Enablement and Operations teams. His leadership drove significant revenue growth with improved unit economics.
