As Chief Revenue Officer, Frank leads the FADEL sales organization, bringing 25 years of progressive revenue leadership experience with companies ranging from pre-revenue to $100 million+. Frank rose up the ranks in category-creating companies like Yahoo, DoubleClick, and Google, helping market and sell emerging technologies such as webcasting and search marketing that are now essential tools for day-to-day business operations. After a dozen years at these groundbreaking multinationals, Frank pivoted to earlier-stage organizations, beginning with Chango, where he joined the company as employee #4. Leveraging his penchant for data-driven, strategic growth, Frank helped Chango grow from pre-revenue to $40+ million, culminating in its acquisition four years later. In his most recent role as CRO of SalesScreen, a cloud-based sales force efficiency tool, he led the Field Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Enablement, and Operations teams. Frank brings his expertise and skillset of attracting world-class talent, creating a successful hiring methodology, and instilling a highly accountable, motivational sales culture to FADEL.
