Inside Sales Manager
The Inside Sales Manager will lead a global Business Development Rep (BDR) team. The ideal candidate will have experience building and developing high-performing inside sales teams, creating repeatable sales processes, and motivating the team to hit quota consistently.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of our suite of software products
- Learn prospect requirements and pain points to better articulate business value
- Recruit, develop, and motivate the BDR team
- Working with Marketing leadership, develop and implement strategies to generate outbound leads
- Set and achieve weekly and monthly target quotas (e.g., activity metrics, meetings booked, pipeline)
- As a player coach, demonstrate what excellence looks like in sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging and outreach
- Run weekly sales plays, assess performance, and iterate over time to improve outcomes
- Create reports and dashboards for executive management to give visibility on progress to goals in real time

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience managing BDRs, including setting and meeting individual and team goals
- 3-5+ years selling B2B SaaS software
- Data-driven approach to decisions and team strategy
- Expertise with Excel, CRM, sales automation, and lead databases required (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo)
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English, including experience communicating complex, technical topics
- English fluency a must and at least one European language highly preferred (French, German, Spanish)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
