Joyce joined FADEL over a decade ago. As HR Director, she plays a key role in reviewing, designing and implementing policies and processes. Her duties include talent acquisition & management along with employee relations, incentives and benefits. Joyce plays an instrumental role in advising managers and in managing performance reviews. Prior to joining FADEL, Joyce had over 14 years of experience in the areas of administration and management in the academic field with significant experience working with a diversified community.
Joyce holds a BS in Marketing and a Masters degree in Education.
