FADEL is a fast-growing global B2B SaaS company, and we are expanding our team after a successful listing on the London Stock Exchange AIM (ticker: FADL). Our software is used by some of the world’s leading multinationals including Marvel, Coca-Cola, and L’Oreal to maximize revenues, improve efficiencies and stay in compliance. We are headquartered in New York City, with offices in Paris, London and Beirut.

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Director based in London to help us grow revenue with our PictureDesk product suite to top global publishers. PictureDesk is the leading content aggregation and syndication platform for digital magazine publishers. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, comfortable with a moderately technical sale and have 6 to 10 years or more of Saas selling experience.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven history of new business quota attainment with Saas organizations that sell to Enterprise and Mid Market customers
  • Demonstrated Saas sales aptitudes (coachability, preparation, grit, etc) and foundational consultative selling skill competencies (technical and business qualification and discovery that map proposed solution to customer impact).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience selling to marketing and publishing organization persona’s preferred
  • History successfully selling a Digital Asset Management or content management technology is a plus

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience quarterbacking and effectively collaborating with internal teams and resources, from pre-sales, to product, to operations and leadership.
  • Comfortable in a metrics driven, accountable, outbound prospecting culture.
  • Familiarity with Meddpicc and Spiced sales methodologies
  • Track record and personal DNA of maintaining key sales cycle activities and forecasting activities in the company CRM system to allow for seamless collaboration and visibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google G-suite
  • Willing to travel to events and prospect locations as required
