This workshop is brought to you by Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) as part of its continuing education programming in DAM, under the leadership of Dr. Reem El Asaleh and curated by David H. Lipsey.
Rights are more important than ever in a DAM implementation. Imagine how creative your teams can get when designing marketing materials and how many daily decisions are made about what assets to use. Imagine how many times those assets are downloaded without even checking if you have the rights to use them. Then imagine the potential lawsuits – ouch!
Join Gregg Guest, VP of Product Management at FADEL, and Kim Johnson, Communications Leader – Digital Asset Management at Kohler, as they share best practices for rights management and the vital, necessary connection to DAM. We’ll explore how rights management is core to efficient operations, enhanced compliance, risk mitigation, and revenue opportunities in a session filled with practical examples, proven and innovative practices, and plenty of time for Q & A.
